This authentic Indian dining experience is further enhanced by ingredients unavailable elsewhere in Lisbon, imported directly from India. These include spices such as Kashmiri Mirchi and Chettinad chili, as well as seasonal products like Tulsi, a variety of basil used in one of the restaurant’s cocktails, and Rugda, a wild mushroom from Odisha with earthy notes reminiscent of black truffle.
